    Eoin Tobin joined the firm’s Tax Department in 2006. Eoin is a qualified solicitor and a Chartered Tax Advisor. He advises clients on their business and personal legal needs both at home and abroad. Eoin has wide ranging experience in representing private and corporate clients in a broad range of tax work to include all aspects of personal tax, succession and estate planning, wealth preservation, asset protection and corporate share schemes.

    He has lectured Advanced Taxes at Part III for the Irish Tax Institute for the last five years. He has co-authored the Irish Tax Institute Advanced Taxes Student Manual during this time. He has lectured on the STEP course and has been a contributor to the Irish Tax Review.

    Eoin also provides legal and taxation advice to charities and not for profit organisations. Eoin advises these organisations on all relevant regulatory issues, including securing and maintaining the charitable tax exemption and the Charities Act 2009.

    Eoin works closely with the firm’s Employment Law Team in connection with tax related employment issues and Commercial Property Team in connection with VAT on property considerations.
