James Leahy

James is a Solicitor, practising in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in large scale commercial disputes advising clients on a wide range of contentious commercial matters such as professional negligence, administrative law with a particular focus on planning and environmental law, shareholder disputes and property and construction related disputes.
James has significant experience in all aspects of court procedures including those of the District and Circuit Court, the High Court (including the Commercial Court) and Court of Appeal. He also has in depth knowledge of alternative dispute resolution including negotiation and mediation.
