Mary is a Partner, practising as part of the Dispute Resolution team. She is a highly skilled litigator with experience, in both public and private practice, in all aspects of defence litigation, to include EL, PL, Bullying and Harassment, Defamation, Property Damage, RTA’s and Product Liability, at all court levels, across all court circuits.
Mary has extensive experience in the provision of in-house services and in dealing with insurance companies and self-insured entities in Ireland and the UK. She has advised in all areas of defence litigation, to include Casualty- personal injuries/fatalities in the areas of employer’s liability, public liability and RTA’S, product liability, professional and medical negligence, property damage, defamation, dispute resolution, arbitration and insurance indemnity.
