Linda has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation procedure. She advises healthcare professionals and Hospitals, both public and private, in the defence of medical claims in all Court jurisdictions. She has negotiated settlements with and without counsel and has also experience in mediation. Linda also advises healthcare professionals and Hospitals at Coroner’s Inquests.
