Tom Noonan is Chief Operations Officer for RDJ. With more than 30 years’ experience in finance and general management, Tom is responsible for finance, IT, HR and administrative operations across the firms four locations.

He serves on RDJ’s Management Committee and focuses on the firm’s growth strategy and execution and operational excellence.

Prior to joining RDJ in 2015, Tom had an extensive career in the Food Ingredients industry, holding a variety of Finance and General Management positions with Biocon, Unilever, ICI and Kerry Group.
