Tomás is a Partner, practising as part the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, specialising in defence litigation. He has significant experience in all aspects of litigation procedure and practices in all Court jurisdictions.
He specialises in the conduct of litigation on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured companies and advises on employer’s liability, public liability, product liability and road traffic matters.
Tomás practiced in a leading law firm in the south west of Ireland for a number of years, specialising in insurance defence litigation, prior to joining RDJ
