Org Group acquires Enterprise Digital Resources

RDJ advised Org Group, the multinational professional services company, on its acquisition of European tech recruitment firm, Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR).

Based in Brussels, EDR specialises in serving enterprises that have technology-intensive operations. The acquisition further enhances Org Group’s capabilities in Europe’s dynamic business, digital and technology sectors.

Org Group employs over 3,000 people in 12 countries worldwide with operating subsidiaries including the global talent services firm Morgan McKinley, business process managed services company Abtran, and the advisory and technology services firm Org.
