RDJ is advising Future Generation on its acquisition of the former Coca Cola bottling plant in Cork. In its first move into Ireland, the UK-based firm plans to create a flagship 600-bed student accommodation scheme.

The site has been unused since 2007 and is set to become Cork’s largest single student accommodation development. The accommodation is located by County Hall on the Carrigrohane Road and aims to be completed by the start of the 2021 academic year.
