RDJ advises Lumenia Consulting on MBO

RDJ advised Lumenia Consulting on a management buy-out by three senior management team members. Founder Sean Jackson sold the business to Ian O’Toole, John Donagher and Ursula Browne who become the new Managing Partners.

Lumenia is an independent ERP consulting organisation, specialising in business transformation through the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and related enterprise software applications.
