Conor is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He acts for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder matters and private equity investments.

- Smithstown Light Engineering, a leading medical device manufacturer, on its acquisition by US-based private investment firm, Graham Partners.
- Luma Vision, an Irish medtech company on a $22 million financing round led by EQT Life Sciences, ABV Uni Fund, Imec.xpand, Atlantic Bridge Growth Fund and Bayern Kapital.
- Sidero, a software and cloud services company, on its acquisition by GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and leader in digital engineering.
- Western Automation, a designer and manufacturer of electrical shock devices, on its acquisition by Littelfuse, Inc, a NASDAQ-listed industrial technology manufacturing company.
- NUA Surgical an Irish medical device company on its Series A equity financing round led by EQT Life Sciences and supported by Texas Medical Center, Kidron Capital and Enterprise Ireland.
- Lumenia, an independent ERP consulting organisation, on its management buyout.
