Conor is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He acts for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder matters and private equity investments.
Prior to joining RDJ, Conor worked in the corporate teams of a top tier Irish law firm and a top tier international law firm in Dublin.
