RDJ are advising O'Callaghan Properties (OCP) on the acquisition of 31 acres on Cork City’s South Docklands. The deal will pave the way for game changing developments in the Cork Docklands area.

In what has been recognised as the largest ever single property deal in Cork, OCP are to acquire the 31 acres from agri-services group, Origin Enterprises Plc for €47.5m, subject to certain permissions and approvals. The vast site, which is part of the Cork Docklands area designated for urban development, contains several landmark buildings such as the R&H Hall grain silos and the historic red-brick Odlums building.

RDJ Partner, John Dwyer and property solicitor Martin O'Callaghan are advising OCP on the acquisition.
