Martin is an Associate, practising in the firm’s Real Estate team. He has extensive experience in advising on the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including houses, apartments, commercial units and development lands.
Martin has advised and acted on behalf of a wide range of clients (domestic and international clients) including companies, receivers, business partnerships in large and complex commercial and residential property transactions. He also regularly advises on the property aspects of finance and corporate transactions.
Martin has also worked with property developers, contractors and consultants on a variety of construction-related issues in respect of a number of large-scale complex projects.
