SISU chain raises $5.5 million Series A round to bring aesthetic clinic to the USA
Irish cosmetic treatment chain, SISU has raised a $5.5 million Series A led by Greycroft and Bullpen Capital.
SISU is a collection of doctor-led aesthetic medical clinics that focus on treatments such as botox and fillers. It was founded by seasoned entrepreneur Pat Phelan and doctors Brian and James Cotter in 2018. Today it has several outlets in the Republic and one in Belfast.
The new funding comes as the company announces scaled up operations and marks plans for international expansion into the United States.
RDJ Corporate Partners Sean O’Reilly and Gillian Keating, and Tax Partner Mark Barrett advised on the transaction supported by Aidan Burke and Kate Murphy.
