Aideen is a member of the firm’s Real Estate team and has experience working on a wide range of real estate transactions in relation to both residential and commercial property. She has acted for a variety of clients including banks and other financial institutions, receivers, property developers and private clients. Aideen also has experience in advising on commercial leasing and other landlord and tenant matters.
In her role, Aideen has responsibility for managing both acquisitions and property sales. Some of her experience includes reviewing deeds and other documents of title, advising on title issues, reviewing and drafting security documentation, advising on planning matters, property registrations, and the drafting and negotiating of contracts for sale.
