Our Real Estate team are known for their experience on advising property acquisitions and sales, as well as large scale lettings and complex asset portfolio transactions. We advise some of Ireland’s leading property developers on high profile developments throughout the country across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, healthcare and hospitality.

Our multidisciplinary team combines the experience and know-how of our property, construction, finance, tax and corporate lawyers to help you achieve your goals and overcome the unique challenges real estate transactions and development projects can bring.

Our services include advising:

  • clients (domestic and international) on property acquisitions and disposals (both portfolio and single assets).

  • on full lifecycle of development projects (residential and commercial) in conjunction with our market-leading construction, procurement, tax and environmental teams.

  • domestic and international landlord and tenant clients on all aspects of development structures, commercial lettings, forward sales, sale and leaseback and other related transactions.

  • developers on the establishment and development of Private Rental Schemes (PRS)/multi-family schemes as well as disposals of same (forward sale/forward fund models). Advising investment clients on the acquisition and subsequent management of such schemes.

  • clients in respect of Planning, BCAR, Environmental and Construction matters.

  • lenders (traditional and new market entrants) and borrower clients in respect of real estate finance transactions.

  • Developer and investor clients on the development, funding and sale (forward sale/forward funding) of social housing and affordable housing schemes with Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs).

  • liquidators, examiners, creditors and receivers in the management and disposal of distressed property.
