Alex Whelan

Alex practises across the areas of Real Estate and Banking and Finance, advising clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property transactions including acquisitions, sales, commercial leases, and other Landlord and Tenant matters. She also has experience advising both developers and landowners in renewable energy developments.
Alex acts for financial institutions, property developers and corporate borrowers in a range of commercial lending transactions. She also advises on the property aspects of corporate and finance transactions.
In her role, Alex has gained experience advising on property and probate related disputes and litigation and has previously acted for Insurance Companies in defence of a variety of claims.
