Aoife Brannigan

Aoife is an Associate practising as part of the firm’s Real Estate team. She has experience working on a broad range of matters including advising clients on large scale residential transactions, commercial property transactions and real estate financing. Aoife acts for a wide range of clients including local authorities, approved housing bodies, corporate bodies and property developers.
Aoife was part of the team who advised on the sale of Airton Plaza, a 328-unit residential development to Clúid Housing Association and has advised Oaklee Housing AHB on multiple bulk acquisitions of social and cost rental units.
Aoife is a committee member of both the Society of Young Solicitors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Ireland branch. She is also an active volunteer with ALONE, a charity which focuses on keeping the elderly connected with the community.
