Brian is a Partner, practising as part of the Real Estate Team. He has considerable experience advising clients on all aspects of property law. Brian has successfully guided a number of clients through all stages of property development from the accumulation of sites, through planning, to setting up schemes for management and sale of residential, commercial and retail units. He also advises investors, lending institutions, and receivers in relation to commercial property transactions with a particular emphasis on housing developments.
Brian specialises in advising a number of Local Authorities on property matters particularly regarding the large scale acquisition of lands for public projects and recently acted in several schemes to facilitate construction of the national motorway network. He also advises investor clients regarding the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and associated financing.
