Carol Long
Carol is part of RDJ’s Corporate Governance & Compliance team since 2006. She has extensive experience in providing a broad range of company secretarial services to clients which include company formations, annual compliance (Annual Returns and AGM documents), maintenance of statutory registers, CRO filings and RBO registrations.
Carol ensures that our clients are kept up to date on their obligations and made aware of their annual compliance and RBO deadlines. Carol also works with several other teams in RDJ including Corporate and Commercial, Tax, Banking and Property, assisting with CRO filings and the updating of statutory registers.
Prior to joining RDJ, Carol worked for 7 years in Ernst & Young, as part of the Company Secretarial team, providing company secretarial services to a wide range of clients.
