Clair ensures her clients are kept up to date on their obligations through regular bespoke corporate governance awareness training and briefings. Clair also works with the Corporate and Commercial Team on transactions by facilitating updating of statutory registers using our governance software package Diligent.

Prior to joining RDJ, Clair spent 21 years in the British Virgin Islands working for a global corporate services firm providing company secretarial services to a worldwide client base.
