Erc is a Partner, practising as part of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance groups. Erc specialises in Real Estate and finance transactions across multiple sectors, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate finance.
He regularly advises both borrowers and lenders in relation to Real Estate financing, development financing, acquisition financing, funds finance, loan portfolio sales, debt and security restructurings and on a range of products across various fund sectors (including private equity funds and Real Estate funds). Erc acts for a number of domestic and international financial institutions, alternative lenders and non-bank lenders. Erc also acts for a wide range of corporates and developers on the borrower side of financing transactions.
