Denise is a chartered engineer with over 25 years’ experience working in the Irish Construction Industry.
She holds an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. At RDJ she combines her technical expertise and experience of the construction industry with her knowledge of contract law to deliver client focused solutions to construction related issues. Denise acts for parties involved in dispute resolution processes under numerous forms of contract and has also acted for parties in adjudication proceedings referred under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
Denise is registered as a Practicing Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland and is a guest lecturer in construction law at NUI Galway on the undergraduate Civil Engineering and Construction Management degree courses. Denise is currently an arbitrator under her first appointment by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
