Jack is a Solicitor, practising as part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He practices across a range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, shareholder’s agreements, company secretarial duties and general commercial matters.
Jack acts for a wide range of clients in the technology and engineering sectors and provides advisory work to multi-jurisdictional clients.
He is also a member of the firms Artificial Intelligence team who regularly engage clients looking to understand and respond to legal frameworks as they deploy AI tools.
