Maria O' Donoghue

Maria is an Associate, practising as part of the firm's Real Estate team. She advises on all aspects of property law with a particular emphasis on the development, acquisition and sale of commercial property projects.
Maria has experience in advising landlords and tenants in respect of commercial leases. She has experience in setting up schemes for developers for the management and sale of residential, commercial and retail units. She also advises in respect of the acquisition of property for the development and set up of primary care centres.
She acts for a broad range of clients including developers, financial institutions, receivers, investors, landlords and tenants.
Maria has advised as part of team on a range of hotel transactions including Tulfarris, The McWilliam Park Hotel and The Connemara Coast Hotel. Maria acted on behalf of a German fund in the purchase of the Webworks building in Cork
She has also acted in the sale of the Half Moon Street Development and the Mahon Retail Park.
