Associate, Dublin Office
Matthew is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team with particular focus on commercial litigation. He advises on a wide range of issues including professional negligence, shareholder disputes, property disputes, contractual disputes, debt enforcement, defamation, sports and insolvency matters. Matthew has also advised and represented clients at alternative dispute processes including the Residential Tenancies Board.
Matthew has a diverse client base that includes professional indemnity insurers, private companies, management companies, universities, retailers and sporting bodies.
Matthew has a broad range of experience across all court jurisdictions from District to Supreme Court, as well as extensive grounding in alternative dispute resolution including large-scale commercial mediation.
