Rebecca is a Solicitor in the firm’s Real Estate department with experience in both transactional and advisory work. She assists clients with the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties, ranging from small investments to large-scale transactions. Rebecca also provides advice to landlords and tenants on commercial leases, including those for office, retail, and hospitality premises.
Rebecca works with a diverse client base of corporate clients and private individuals. Her expertise includes reviewing title and advising on title issues, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, handling contracts for sale, and managing complex property registrations.
Rebecca is currently the Chairperson of the Society of Young Solicitors Ireland.
