Developer Marlet sells Mount Merrion units to Real I.S.

RDJ advised Marlet Property Group on the sale of Oatlands Manor, a south Dublin luxury residential development, to the German Group, Real I.S. AG.

The Mount Merrion development, consisting of 30 apartments and 18 duplex apartments, is located in the Mount Merrion district in south Dublin.

The RDJ transaction team was led by Evin McCarthy (Real Estate) and included Evan Collins and Karolyn Dolan.
