The RDJ Banking and Finance team advised Lanthorn on the financing of the acquisition of the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel. The landmark 118-bed, four-star hotel, located in the heart of Kilkenny city, has been acquired by Lanthorn on behalf of TMR Hotel Collection, one of Ireland’s largest privately owned hotel portfolios.
