Evan is a Senior Associate, practising as part of the firm’s Real Estate team. He advises clients in relation to the sale and acquisition of a variety of property types, including commercial property, mixed use buildings and residential properties. Evan has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants alike.

Evan acts for a wide range of clients including corporate bodies, private individuals, receivers and property developers. In those capacities, Evan has responsibility for providing clients with title reports in relation to properties to include reviewing title documents such as deeds of conveyance, leases, assignments, folios, planning documentation and security documents.
