  • Acted for Bain Capital/Lugus Capital in the sale of a portfolio of 264 individual apartment units located in 30 separate refurbished “Pre ‘63” properties in South Dublin City to an international private wealth fund.

  • Advising Tempus (SeaPoint Capital and HIG Capital) in the acquisition of a number of apartment blocks in Dublin for PRS, such as the Ivory Building, Exchange Hall, The Casino Malahide and Aubrey Court in Bray as part of its portfolio of excess 500 units.

  • Advised InfraRed Capital Advisors on the site acquisition and construction of a large-scale PRS development site in North Dublin at Northern Cross Business Park, Malahide, D17.

  • Advising high-profile residential developer in relation to the disposal of a number of blocks of apartments in Dublin 4 to a German Investment Fund.

  • Advising Arena Housing Bond on the acquisition a portfolio of social housing units.
