Liam O'Keeffe

Liam is a Solicitor, practising as part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He acts for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions on both a national and international scale involving corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements and partnership agreements.
Liam regularly advises clients on company and commercial law matters across a number of industry sectors. He also provides commercially focused advice on more general matters affecting companies and businesses including corporate governance and compliance, commercial contracts and general company law matters.
Prior to joining RDJ, Liam worked with a large international accountancy firm, qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
