Pat is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. He has a particular focus on commercial property transactions and regularly advises clients on acquisition/sale and development of retail, commercial and mixed use schemes, and the identification and resolution of key relevant issues.
More recently, Pat’s work has related to security reviews, and the carrying out of due diligence from the borrowers, receivers, vendors and potential purchaser’s viewpoints in relation to assets/loan sales, as well as acting in the disposal of secured properties and secured loans.
Pat focuses on achieving pragmatic results for his clients, delivering value through efficient management of the legal process. His extensive experience in this field includes work on the development, sale/purchase and general advices on commercial property projects throughout the country as well as advice to vendors, purchasers, receivers, banks, developers, landlords and tenants as regards commercial property (investment and development), and on renewable energy projects.
