Kate is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. She has experience in all areas of corporate law, including domestic and international M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings and corporate governance and advisory work.
Kate previously worked in the Corporate M&A team at a leading Dublin law firm, where she advised on a wide range of legal issues across the M&A landscape, including cross-jurisdictional matters. She has experience working with a large range of clients including private individuals, private equity funds and Irish and international public and private companies, across a range of industries and sectors.
