Treasa is a Senior Associate, practising in the firm's Banking and Finance team, having joined the firm in 2021. Treasa has experience in advising clients in a range of commercial finance transactions, with particular experience in the areas of property and development financing, syndicated financing, working capital financing and acquisition financing for both Irish and international clients.

Treasa has worked with domestic and international financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of transactions. She also had experience in ESG financing and acting as local counsel in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
