  • Sarah Slevin



    Sarah practises in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department. Having trained with RDJ, Sarah has gained experience across all areas of corporate law, including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and commercial contracts and also has both State and in-house commercial law experience from previous roles. During her training, Sarah received the Law Society Overall Prize for PPC1 as a result of attaining the highest exam results in her class.

    Sarah has acted for a wide range of clients including emerging companies, multinationals and private individuals. She is a member of the firm’s Technology and Cyber & Data Protection Groups and has a particular interest in these areas. Her experience in technology matters includes the drafting and negotiating of a wide range of IT and software-related agreements and advising on matters such as consumer, advertising and sales law as they apply in an online context. In her role with the Cyber & Data Protection Group she has gained significant experience advising both private and public sector clients on best practice in data protection and, specifically, GDPR compliance.

    Outside of the firm, Sarah has represented Ireland at the International Client Consultation Competition. Sarah is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Future Leaders’ Programme. As one of the first graduates of UCC’s Masters in Business Law, Sarah is often asked to assist the University in promoting and developing its programmes.
